Location: Greater London
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient-centred perioperative care within a team-based setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care from admission to discharge using ICPs and nursing processes, supporting anaesthetists and surgeons as required.
You will maintain documentation in line with NMC standards, Trust policies, and participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory training.
