You'll be the friendly first point of contact for the Hub, welcoming visitors, service users and professionals, while providing essential administrative support to our Hub Manager and wider team. This is a varied, people focused role at the heart of a busy community mental health service, combining front of house presence, day to day admin, and support for activities that help our Hub thrive.

What

  • Acting as the welcoming face of the Hub for visitors, service users and staff
  • Supporting budget administration such as stock orders, timesheets and expenses

  • Building positive relationships with community members and external partners
  • Supporting service user and carer involvement in Hub decision making

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise, manage a varied workload, and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience working in a multicultural setting with diverse client groups
