About the Role
We are seeking reliable Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for flexible, temporary shifts within residential and nursing care homes. Take clinical ownership of your schedule with options to review for longer-term placements.

Shift Patterns

 * ☀️ 08:00 – 20:00 (Day Shifts)

 * 🌙 20:00 – 08:00 (Night Shifts)

Key Clinical Responsibilities

 * 🩺 Clinical Care:
Manage medication administration, complex wound care, and monitor resident vitals.

 * 📋 Care Planning:
Assess, implement, and update individualized care plans with accurate clinical records.

 * 🤝 Shift Leadership:
Guide care assistants and collaborate with GPs, families, and healthcare professionals.

 * 💬 Resident Advocacy:
Support residents and families, ensuring person-centred care and dignity.

Professional Requirements

 * 🇬🇧 UK

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of professional nursing experience in the UK.

 * 🫂 NMC Registration:
Valid, active PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

 * 🧠 Clinical Competence:
Strong clinical judgment with an empathetic, patient approach.

 * 💪 Reliability:
Dependable work ethic with a flexible approach to care home settings.

 * 📚 Training:
Up-to-date mandatory clinical training and life support certificates.

 * 🛡️ Background Check:
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one immediately).
