West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the MINT Team on a 6-month secondment in the London Borough of Hounslow. The post offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, in community settings with adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to assessment, risk management and care planning with emphasis on person-centred care.
