The Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and service users with their day-to-day care needs. Core responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality personal and practical care
* Supporting patients/service users with daily activities
* Assisting with mobility and personal care
* Monitoring patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns promptly
* Maintaining dignity, privacy and independence at all times
* Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider healthcare team
