ABOUT

THE ROLE

Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.

Other responsibilitieswillinclude:
  • Co-ordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
  • Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers.
  • Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer's instructions and is cleaned and stored appropriately after use.
  • Ensuring compliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
  • Undertaking Quality Care Spot Checksreportingonthe  qualityofcareprovidedby

    CareSupervisors, Carersand Senior Carers  within their team.
ABOUT YOU

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring,supportive,honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

Our ideal candidatemusthave:
  • NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
  • A Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or similar indu stry.
  • Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.
