Location: Greater London
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Band
3) to join our reception and call centre teams at Dean Street and the on-site services. You will handle patient enquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry into the EPR system with sensitivity and confidentiality.
You will work across reception, call centre, and on-site clinics, providing a patient-focused service, supporting clinicians, and adhering to NHS information
