Registered Nurse

Mango Solutions is currently recruiting RGNs / Registered General Nurses to work in established care home on behalf of our client.

Pay rate £22 p/h

Hours:

33 hours per week, three consecutive day in a row and every other weekend

• Patient Care:
  Assessing, planning, and providing nursing care for residents, including administering medications and treatments.
• Health Monitoring:
  Regularly monitoring vital signs and observing residents for changes in health, reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Care Planning:
  Developing and updating individual care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members based on the needs and preferences of residents.
• Documentation:
  Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of residents' care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Training and Supervision:
  Training care staff and providing guidance to ensure high standards of care are delivered consistently.
• Communication:
  Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a team approach to care.
• Infection Control:
  Implementing and following infection control guidelines to ensure the safety and health of residents.
• Emergency Response:
  Being prepared to respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
• Support and Advocacy:
  Supporting residents' dignity, rights, and choices, and acting as an advocate for their needs within the care home.
• Quality Improvement:
  Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care environment and residents' quality of life.
