Key duties include assisting with personal hygiene (washing, dressing), medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility support based on tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Personal Care:
Assisting with showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Medication Management:
Prompting, assisting, or administering medication as prescribed. Domestic Support:
Light cleaning, laundry, bed-making, and vacuuming to maintain a safe environment. Meal Preparation:
Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and assisting with feeding if necessary. Companionship & Socialization:
Providing emotional support, reducing loneliness, and assisting with community integration or hobbies. Mobility & Safety:
Assisting with transferring (e.g., bed to chair) and using mobility aids. Monitoring & Reporting:
Observing changes in health, behavior, or physical condition and reporting to managers or families. Required Skills and Attributes Empathy and Patience:
