The opportunity (Role summary)
As the Senior Project Lead for Clinical Global Health, you will oversee and coordinate international clinical trials with a focus on infectious diseases, immunology, and oncology. Your leadership will support cross-functional teams across regions, including research, regulatory, and vendor partnerships. This on-site role is based in a vibrant location, with work requiring a three-day presence at the office per week. You will play a key role in ensuring project success, timelines, and compliance, while contributing to the organization’s global health mission.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage international clinical trial projects, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute trial protocols effectively.

Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to meet project milestones.

Partner with stakeholders across safety, regulatory, and supply chain functions to align strategies.

Analyze trial data and performance to optimize processes and outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global sites and investigators.

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in clinical trial management, especially in infectious diseases or related therapeutic areas.

Proven leadership in managing global trials with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation & benefits
