Within Brent (ONW) CLCH provide a range of services including Health Visiting and School Nursing, Children’s Therapies as well as numerous adult services, this means that you will benefit from a close working relationship with peers and a joined‑up approach to care leading to improved health outcomes for the people you care for.
Within your team you will benefit from a Borough lead with a wealth of experience in Children’s health, Safeguarding, Health Visiting, School Nursing and Health Matters team, therapists, Best start Family Hub team, Early years and a team that has in excess of 300 years’ experience who are ready to support your learning and development. The team in Brent are based within Sudbury, Willesden Centre, Chaplin Road, Chalkhill and provide services in local 0-19 years settings.
CLCH believe in helping people achieving their full potential, the team will support to fulfil your role and once settled can support to complete the Nursing Associate, Registered Nurse and Health Visitor qualifications whilst being employed and paid by the organisation.
The borough has great transport links internally with 3 stations, great buses links across the patch and a full east-west Safer Cycle Pathway route. For commuting you will benefit from access via the Piccadilly, Bakerloo line, Metropolitan line and Jubilee line. As NHS employee you will have the option to obtain a lease car or electric bike via the salary sacrifice scheme and have access to a season ticket loan.
