Central London£34,000 - £37,000 plus discretionary bonus We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join a busy Patient Services Team within a specialist fertility healthcare setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and patient-focused individual to play a key role in supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. You will work closely with consultants, nurses, embryologists and other teams to ensure treatment pathways are coordinated efficiently and patients receive an exceptional level of care and support.
- Responding to new fertility enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
- Supporting patients with consultation and booking enquiries.
- Coordinating fertility treatment plans and treatment cycles.
- Preparing and discussing treatment costs and relevant information with patients.
- Liaising with clinical teams to coordinate appointments and treatment.
- Tracking patient journeys and proactively managing treatment timelines.
- Acting as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting patient engagement and retention.
- Contributing to operational reporting, data collection and process improvements.
We are looking for someone who is confident, compassionate and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding patient service. Someone willing to learn about the clinic’s protocols and specific pathways. You will be dealing with lots of different departments and learning about medication, treatment packages and specifics of a fertility journey.
You will have:
- At least 1 year’s experience working within a fertility clinic setting
. - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A professional and confident telephone and written manner.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
£34,000–£37,000 per annum, plus:
