Support Worker, Community Health

Part time Support Worker Required to work with a gentleman with a brain injury in his own home in Ashburton. Role will involve admin and domestic support, assistance to access the community, engagement in social & leisure activities, participation in a gym and hydrotherapy programme, enabling him to be an independent individual.

Previous experience, full driving licence and own car are essential.

An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care and

Competent IT skills are desirable.

16.5 hours per week over 3 days plus additional hours to cover annual leave/ sickness

£15.00 per hour weekdays

£16.00 per hour weekends

This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS.

You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.

Interviews MAY be held via Zoom/Teams/Skype/other such teleconferencing tools, therefore candidates MUST HAVE the ability to attend interview via these methods.
