We're looking for two Opiate Team Recovery Coordinators to join our Croydon service and help people build safer, healthier and more hopeful futures.

Every day, people access our service at different stages of their recovery journey. Some are seeking support for the first time. Others are continuing their progress towards greater independence and wellbeing. All deserve support that is compassionate, personalised and focused on their strengths.

As an Opiate Team Recovery Coordinator
, you'll work alongside people receiving opiate treatment and recovery support, helping them navigate challenges, reduce harm, improve their health and move towards sustainable recovery outcomes.

By supporting individuals to achieve meaningful change, you'll contribute to stronger families, healthier communities and lives transformed through recovery.

You'll build meaningful relationships with people accessing our service, working collaboratively to understand their aspirations, identify opportunities and overcome barriers to recovery. Every individual will have their own story and unique recovery journey, and you'll have the opportunity to tailor support that reflects their needs, strengths and goals.

Drawing on assessment, recovery planning and evidence‑based interventions, you'll help people make informed decisions about their treatment, wellbeing and future. Whether supporting someone to engage with treatment, improve their physical and mental health, reconnect with their community or take steps towards education, employment or volunteering, you'll play a key role in helping people realise their potential.

You'll work closely with clinical colleagues, healthcare professionals, social care teams, housing providers and community partners to deliver coordinated and person‑centred support. Through collaboration and advocacy, you'll help ensure that people have access to the resources, opportunities and networks that can strengthen long‑term recovery.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a service that sees the person behind the challenge, recognising strengths, celebrating progress and creating opportunities for lasting change.

Role: Opiate Recovery Coordinator
Location: Croydon
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent

Allowances: Outer London Weighting, pro rata

Please note: Full‑time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
