Developmental Post – Band 7 progressing to Band 8a

Are you an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist ready to take the next step into advanced clinical practice and leadership?

CLCH is offering an exciting 6-month developmental opportunity
, starting at Band 7 with a structured and supported pathway towards progression to Band 8a
.

During the development period, you will be supported to build and demonstrate the advanced clinical, leadership, education and service development competencies required for the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner role.
Progression to Band 8a is subject to successful completion of the development programme and achievement of agreed competencies.

Working within our integrated community MSK service, you will develop your advanced practice while delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to clinical leadership and service improvement.

You will work alongside experienced Advanced Practitioners and a Consultant Physiotherapist
, developing your expertise in complex MSK presentations, advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making.

You will also develop across the four pillars of advanced practice
