The Blackheath Hospital in London is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Deputy Clinical Services Manager to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:
Support the Clinical Services Manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services across the hospital.

Assist with the coordination of daily service operations, including staff rotas, clinic allocation, and workload management.

Provide line management support, supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapy staff and assistants.

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of clinical governance processes, audits, and risk management.

Assist with managing departmental administration, including stock control, equipment management, and record keeping.

Promote effective communication across the physiotherapy team and wider multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.

Substantial post-registration experience, including experience in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of clinical governance, service coordination, and patient safety.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Minimum 5 years of working in MSK/Orthopaedic setting.
