Flame Health Optometry has been instructed to recruit an Quaified Dispensing Optician or Senior Optical Assistant for an independent practice in Pinner, London. Offering £30,000–£40,000 per annum depending on experience, this full-time position would suit a qualified Dispensing Optician seeking a stable, long-term role within a personable patient-focused setting.

Working Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, you will support dispensing and laboratory work within a small practice team. The role involves assisting a varied patient base, including children, families and older patients, while contributing to a personal service and a commercially focused independent approach.

You will work alongside the owner/director and existing Optical Assistants. An experienced team member will provide training and support, helping ensure a smooth handover. Experience with Optics Operations systems is preferred. The practice is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and the successful candidate is ideally available to start within approximately three weeks.

Our client is a small, independent optometry practice serving an affluent area of Pinner. The team comprises the owner/director, one full-time Optical Assistant and one part-time Optical Assistant, with a strong emphasis on personal patient care alongside commercial awareness.
