As a Gynaecology Cancer Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting patient pathways and ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care throughout their Cancer Diagnosis.

Working closely with clinicians, nurses, operational teams and patients, you will provide administrative and pathway support within a busy service. Responsibilities include managing waiting lists and patient records, coordinating appointments and follow-up care, monitoring patient activity against Trust standards, supporting cancer pathways, and acting as a key point of contact for patients and colleagues.

You will use your organisational skills and attention to detail to resolve queries, maintain accurate information and support the efficient delivery of safe and effective patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, patient-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where their contribution makes a real difference to patient outcomes.

Our Service will relocate to The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital in 2028 as part of HTP. This move will bring specialist services together in a modern, purpose-built facility to improve patient care and team experience.

We are actively recruiting, and successful candidates will be expected to move with the Service in early 2028. The relocation will follow a formal management of change process, including full consultation and support for staff.
