Clinical Registered Manager £50,000 - £55,000  Bonus | Monday to Friday | Hybrid Working | Private Healthcare | Sussex & Surrey Ready to step up from Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager or Nurse Case Manager into a Registered Manager position? This is an opportunity to become Clinical Registered Manager for an established community complex care service supporting adults and children across Sussex and Surrey.

You will inherit an experienced team, established care packages and a strong support structure, with genuine scope to develop the service further. You do not need to already be a Registered Manager. The Role As Clinical Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality and development of the service, supported by Clinical Leads, Care Coordinators, Recruitment and Business Development. You will:
Lead adult and paediatric complex care packages Manage and develop clinical and operational teams Maintain strong CQC, safeguarding, governance and quality standards Support assessments and mobilisation of new care packages Build relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals Work alongside Business Development to support new referrals and service growth About You We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse with community complex care experience.

You could currently be a:
Clinical Lead | Nurse Manager | Nurse Case Manager | Clinical Services Manager | Registered Manager You will need strong clinical leadership experience and a good understanding of CQC, safeguarding and clinical governance. Paediatric experience is desirable rather than essential. Previous Registered Manager experience is also advantageous, but not essential. This Clinical Registered Manager opportunity is ideal for an experienced complex care nurse looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and progression without losing the clinical element of their role.
