What You’ll Be DoingAssisting residents with personal care and daily activities
Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
