We’re looking for Recovery Practitioner for our Hillingdon Service

The Recovery Practitioner will be responsible for further developing the current pathways and holistic support network. They will be responsible for supporting the service users on generic core pathways to manage the delivery of integrated psychosocial and pharmacological interventions for those who use our services with a focus on effective integration.

We are seeking committed, organised and highly motivated candidates, with an in-depth knowledge and experience of the challenges affecting people with substance misuse and related health and wellbeing issues in Hillingdon.
