Healthcare Assistant- Visa Sponsorship PART TIME AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE Care Worker (Live in Care)

We are looking for people to join our wonderful team of Care Workers at Care Outlook to help make a difference in the lives of vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes in Banbury and surrounding area.
As a Care Worker you will be out and about providing personal care, making a major difference to individuals who need it and obtaining excellent job satisfaction and creating relationships.
Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
Rates of Pay- Per Visit
Weekdays - £14.39 for 1 hour visit
£300 Refer a Friend Bonus .
Bank holidays paid at enhanced rates
Company provided cell phone
28 days annual leave (pro-rata)

As a Care Worker you will be assisting with examples of the client’s requirements:Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, clothing etc)
Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
Observation, monitoring and recordkeeping.

Part time and Full time positions available
Must be able to work a combination of mornings, evenings and every other Saturday and Sunday.
IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING !You will be fully supported in your work from day one to ensure you are properly trained, competent and confident in delivering great care.
Please note this Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) function is to provide care and support in the community in client’s own homes.
No experience necessary as our Care Worker post is fully given with good training.
