As the first point of contact at Harley Street Fertility Clinic, you will provide a warm, professional welcome to patients on an emotional journey. You'll manage enquiries with empathy, handle payments accurately, and maintain meticulous records. What You Will Do
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, greeting and guiding patients with grace, empathy, and professional efficiency.
  • Manage patient enquiries and payment processes with high precision, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain meticulous patient records and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.
The ideal candidate
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end customer service, such as hospitality, retail, or premium clinical environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed and compassionate when supporting patients through sensitive or emotional situations.
  • Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in record-keeping.
