As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, fun, and inspiration to residents’ lives through creative, personalised activities.

From social events and cultural programmes to 1:1 support and outings, you’ll help residents stay active, engaged, and happy.

• Creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and wellbeing
• Stimulating body and mind through planned and spontaneous activities
• Supporting residents to remain active in the community
• Collaborating with colleagues, families, and volunteers
• Driving the Avante minibus for outings (if needed)
• Coordinating group and 1:1 activities tailored to individual interests
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

• Flexible and confident coordinating activities
• Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities (helpful but not essential)
