Behaviour Analyst

Location: London - 2 days a week

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

About Super Care

At Super Care, we are committed to providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments where children and young people can thrive. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together residential care, therapy, education, and behavioural support to deliver outstanding outcomes for the young people we support.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Behaviour Analyst to join our growing team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside residential care teams, therapists, and external professionals to develop evidence-based behavioural strategies that improve the lives of children and young people with complex needs.

The Role

As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing behaviours, identifying their underlying functions, and developing personalised Behaviour Support Plans that enable young people to achieve positive outcomes.

Working collaboratively across our residential homes, you will coach and support staff to deliver consistent, trauma-informed, and child-centred interventions while promoting emotional regulation, independence, and positive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and review individual Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Analyse behavioural data and produce reports to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Train, mentor, and coach residential staff in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and evidence-based behavioural interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Managers, therapists, social workers, education providers, and families.
  • Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and proactive behaviour management strategies.
  • Promote trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches throughout the service.
  • Ensure all interventions comply with safeguarding requirements, ethical standards, and best practice.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through data analysis, audits, and staff development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Registration with, or willingness to register with, the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA) and a commitment to maintaining professional standards through continuing professional development and adherence to the UK-SBA Code of Ethics.
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, trauma, and behaviours of concern.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
  • Experience developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
