We're looking for kind, reliable people to join Sylvian Care South East London as Care Professionals
, supporting people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

We're looking for people who want to grow with us. You'll initially join on a part-time basis
, with the opportunity to gradually build up to full-time hours if desired.

No two days are the same. As a Care Professional, you'll provide personalised home care and companionship to people across South East London, helping them continue living life their way.

• Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
• Helping with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
• Supporting clients with mobility and medication
• Preparing meals and helping to keep the home tidy
• Running errands, including shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation

• £13.85 per hour
  , aligned with the London Living Wage
• 30p per mile paid between care calls
• Referral bonus when your referral successfully passes probation

• Gujarati language skills are preferred
• A caring, patient and dependable nature
• Good communication and people skills
• A willingness to learn and support others
• A driving licence and access to your own car are preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care and older person care is beneficial
• First aid and behaviour management skills are advantageous
• Previous experience working in home care is preferred, but not essential
