We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join Sylvian Care South East London as Care Professionals
, supporting people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

We’re looking for people who want to grow with us. You’ll initially join on a part-time basis
, with the opportunity to gradually build up to full-time hours if desired.
No two days are the same. As a Care Professional, you’ll provide personalised home care and companionship to people across South East London, helping them continue living life their way.
What you’ll be doing- Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
- Helping with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and medication
- Preparing meals and helping to keep the home tidy
- Running errands, including shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
- £13.85 per hour
, aligned with the London Living Wage - 30p per mile paid between care calls
- Referral bonus when your referral successfully passes probation
- Comprehensive training and qualifications, including your Care Certificate and NVQs

- A willingness to learn and support others
- A driving licence and access to your own car are preferred, but not essential
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care and older person care is beneficial
- First aid and behaviour management skills are advantageous
- Previous experience working in home care is preferred, but not essential
