We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic PA to support a woman in Upper Norwood. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others to live as independently as possible while providing practical support both at home and in the community. The role offers 28 hours per week, with working days and times to be arranged directly with CRO-JTT.
The successful PA will provide support with a range of everyday activities, including accompanying CRO-JTT swimming, going shopping, preparing and cooking meals, administering medication and providing general household support. The role also involves encouraging independence, promoting choice and helping to build confidence while ensuring that support is delivered in a respectful and person-centred way. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient and dependable, with previous experience in a similar support role.
You should be organised, have good communication skills and be comfortable supporting with daily living tasks, including medication administration. Most importantly, you will have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference to someone’s quality of life.
