We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Abbeville Road clinic in Clapham, part-time. You’ll combine the security of PAYE employment with uncapped earning potential, while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and a varied private client base.

Develop through regular CPDs, senior guidance and ongoing professional support.

This role offers private-practice earning potential with the security of employment. You’ll receive a guaranteed £40,000 FTE PAYE salary
, with uncapped 42.5% commission on clinical billings above your salary baseline. At full-time hours, projected earnings rise from approximately £48,000–£54,000 at 60% diary capacity to £64,000–£72,000+ at 80%. Part-time salaries, thresholds and projections are adjusted to your contracted hours.

You won’t be expected to build that diary alone. Our front-of-house and central marketing teams help generate enquiries and support the patient experience, while our multidisciplinary team gives you opportunities to collaborate and cross-refer. We’re looking for someone proactive, clinically confident and committed to building trusted, long-term relationships with their patients.

• HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience
• Strong MSK assessment and rehabilitation skills
• Experience in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and care planning
• Private practice experience highly desirable
• Availability to work every Saturday
• Full right to work in the UK
• Able to work in person at our Abbeville Road clinic

• Assess and treat a varied musculoskeletal caseload
• Develop individual treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation
• Communicate clearly with patients throughout their care
• Collaborate and cross-refer within the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Contribute to the wider clinic and patient experience.
