As a Guest Services Team Leader
you will receive:

• Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
• Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• With previous experience as aSenior Switchboard Operatoror Guest Services Hostor Hotel Receptionistpreferable
