Position:
Bartender, Mandarin Bar. 39 hours, 5 days per week. Rotating shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays).

• To ensure the appropriate presentation and cleanliness of the bar.
• To prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests.
• To responsible the set-up and operation of a bar station/section.
• To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner.
• To perform all cashier-related duties according to hotel policies whilst ensuring that guests receive bills in a prompt and accurate manner.

• Knowledge on cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
