We are working with a leading company who are seeking a HR Operations Manager to join their team.
You will be joining a growing organisation. This role will take ownership of the operational delivery of HR services driving consistency and efficiency across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible to lead a small, dedicated team which working very closely with the HR Director on strategic people initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the HR Operations functions, ensuring all HR services are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
Manage and optimise the HRIS (RSM) driving data integrity and system utilisation across the business.
Oversee payroll operations in partnership with Finance and external providers.
Own and continuously improve all employee lifecycle processes - onboarding, changes, and leavers
Produce and analyse regular HR data reports, including key metrics such as Gender Pay Gap reporting
Lead reward and benefits processes - salary benchmarking, annual reviews, and bonus administration
Support wider business transformation projects, including restructures, acquisitions, and integrations
Review and enhance HR policies and procedures across HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee
Relations
Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk ER matters when required
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR audits, policies, and legal obligations
Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and service delivery
Key Requirements:
Experience in an HR Operations Manager role, including team management
Strong understanding of UK employment law, payroll, and HR compliance
Experience of managing reward cycles, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with and optimising HRIS platforms

Salary: £65,000
Start: ASAP
Duration:
Fixed Term Contract December 2026
