Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you’ll ensure people practices are legally compliant, commercially effective and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end recruitment aligned with business priorities and budgets, including interviews, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Plan and deliver ad-hoc recruitment initiatives such as assessment days, open days and targeted hiring activity when required.
- Oversee people operations and administration, including starters, leavers, contracts, right-to-work compliance and HR systems.
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of people changes.
- Champion onboarding, engagement and values-led initiatives that support a positive and inclusive culture.
- Support ad-hoc people projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and optimisation of people systems.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, internal policies and audit requirements, providing people insights to support decision-making.
About You
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR / People role, preferably within hospitality or a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, applied pragmatically and consistently.
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases end to end.
- Confident, credible people partner able to coach, influence and challenge managers constructively.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused, with strong judgement and discretion.
- Dine & Delight: 50% off food and beverage across all our restaurants – including takeaway.
- We’ve Got You Covered: Employee Assistance Programme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, private medical insurance and life assurance.
- Birthday Bonanza: Enjoy a little something from us each year to celebrate your special day.
- Share the Experience: Earn up to £750 through our Refer a Friend scheme.
- Moments That Matter: Gifts for Christmas, Chinese New Year, birthdays and long service.
- Grow With Us: Training, development and progression opportunities within a global hospitality group.
- Giving Back: Charity, community and sustainability initiatives.
- Time to Recharge: 28 days’ holiday (increasing with service) plus a performance-based bonus.
