Role Overview

As a proactive and organised HR Advisor, you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly – managing the admin, ensuring data accuracy, supporting managers with straightforward, policy-based advice, and building better processes and systems as we grow.

Responsibilities
  • Managing HR administration and records across the employee lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and providing sound, policy-based advice.
  • Supporting payroll changes, onboarding, off‑boarding and benefits administration.
  • Maintaining accurate data in Bamboo

    HR and improving how we use our systems.
  • Producing simple HR reports and helping identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Building strong relationships across sites as a visible and approachable face of HR.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) and experience in HR administration.
  • Ready for more responsibility and able to work independently.
  • Detail‑focused, organised and confident using HR systems.
  • Positive, energetic, friendly approach to work.
  • Approachable, professional and comfortable working with people at all levels.
