Associate Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

The Associate HR Business Partner will be a key member of the HR team, providing proactive HR support to EMEA Region managers and acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers.
What You’ll Do- Provide timely guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and grievances.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management cycles.
- Help identify training needs and support learning and development programs.
- Partner with Global HRBPs to translate business priorities into people initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement, culture and retention projects.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices across EMEA.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- High level of empathy and discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred), Google Docs, Microsoft Office and data analysis in Excel.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in an offshore or shared services environment is a plus.
Quantcast operates in a hybrid work environment. In‑office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
