Search's Sales practice are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high-performing desk (£300k YOY). Working closely with the Founder with more than 50% of work being passed to you, so a strong delivery background is important.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Deliver on existing live roles passed by a Founder
  • Win new clients in a London market which has been fully mapped out
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants across 3

    Search and wider 11 Investments brands

Ideal background and skillset:

  • The Principal Recruitment Consultant will have strong delivery capabilities
  • A desire to win new business
  • A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience
  • Be able to network and build strong in-person relationships
  • Coachable and a want to constantly improve
