Salary: £42,000 (pro-rata) per annum plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Organisational Effectiveness
Directorate: Chief Operating Office, Human Resources
Working hours: Permanent, 14 hours per week Job share
Location: Stratford, London w/ high-flex (1 - 2 days (pro-rata) per week in the office)

As an Employee Experience & Inclusion Advisor, you'll turn colleague voice and experience signals into insights, identifying practical changes that make a real difference to everyday experiences.
From shaping policies and processes to creating tools and resources, you'll help embed inclusion and wellbeing into everything we do.
You’ll join a team of two Advisors, each with a unique focus: one leading on Insights & Voice, the other on Solutions & Adoption. Together, you’ll make sure every voice is heard and every improvement lands.
What will I be doing?- Listen and learn
-run surveys, forums and other feedback activities, ensuring they’re ethical, inclusive and accessible. - Turn insights into action
-summarise feedback, extract insight, track progress and visibly close the loop with contributors. - Design practical improvements
-work with others to create simple, scalable changes to policies and processes. - Create useful tools for managers-develop guides, prompts and support team sessions that build engagement, inclusion and wellbeing.
- Champion everyday wellbeing
-translate insights into practices that promote clarity, recovery and psychological safety, and signpost support where needed. - Maintain and improve recognition tools-check they’re fair and inclusive, and suggest updates to increase impact.
- Support digital experience improvements
-identify friction points and accessibility issues, and test fixes with users. - Manage work streams effectively
-track plans, risks and dependencies, and elevate issues when needed. - Collaborate across teams
-coordinate with HRBPs, Internal Communications and Employee Networks to ensure joined‑up delivery. - Embed inclusion and engagement goals-help teams apply standards consistently in everyday practice.

What are we looking for?- Understanding of employee experience, inclusion and wellbeing design
, including how to map key moments, spot friction points and choose the right approach. - Experience using employee voice techniques, such as surveys and focus groups, with ethical and inclusive practices.
- Ability to create practical tools for managers and confidently facilitate group sessions to support engagement and wellbeing.
- Knowledge of digital experience and accessibility basics
, and ability to contribute clear, inclusive content and feedback. - Skill in applying inclusion principles to everyday processes, making hiring, onboarding, development and recognition fair and accessible.
