Tech Recruiter – Permanent (US Market Focus) A well-established, global specialist recruitment company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Tech sector to focus on permanent roles within the US market. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering full-cycle permanent recruitment for Technology roles across the US markets. Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, including internationally based talent. Partnering with clients in a consultative manner to understand hiring needs and provide market insight. Proactively sourcing and headhunting passive candidates across core technology disciplines. Managing offers, negotiations, and candidate onboarding. Contributing to the continued growth of the international recruitment function.

The role offers a high level of autonomy, balanced with collaboration across a global team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A strong interest in technology recruitment, particularly permanent hiring. Experience or exposure to the US recruitment market (preferred but not essential). A relationship-driven approach with a long-term mindset. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider international team.
