Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum

Our client is an established business based in central London. They’re looking for an experienced Senior HCM Analyst with Workday HCM experience to support and enhance a recently implemented Workday platform. You’ll play a key role in optimising core HR processes, driving systems adoption, and delivering continuous improvement.

• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
• Support BAU operations and Workday bi‑annual releases (testing, deployment, improvements)
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
• Resolve system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data quality and security
• Create documentation, user guides, and support materials

• Must have 5+ years’ hands‑on Workday configuration and systems administration experience
• Strong HCM expertise (Recruiting, Talent/Performance are essential)
• Experience with reporting, security, and release management
• Ability to streamline HR processes and improve user experience
• Excellent communication skills

• Absence, Learning, Advanced Comp or Benefits & Workday Journeys (highly beneficial)
