A leading fintech company in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner to act as the dedicated People interface for Monie World globally and all UK-based employees. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an advisory role, and will support ~180 employees. This hands-on role offers real ownership in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, coaching managers, and partnering with business leaders for alignment with organizational goals.
