This is a hands-on recruitment role from day one

You will work directly on live vacancies, candidate pipelines, and placements — learning the full recruitment lifecycle while earning commission on successful outcomes.

This role is best suited to someone who is:

• commercially curious
• confident communicating with people

• comfortable taking ownership of their output

By the end of 12 months, you wont just understand recruitment — you'll have closed placements, earned commission, and built a desk

• Sourcing candidates using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
• Interviewing and pre-screening early-career talent
• Managing candidate pipelines and live vacancies
• Submitting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
• Building long-term candidate relationships
• Learning how to close placements and negotiate offers
• Tracking performance against clear targets
• Representing the A  brand professionally at all times
