Salary: £23,000 – £35,000 plus high commission.

With continued expansion we are opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1. We need a Senior Consultant with experience recruiting management staff within a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit all forms of Construction Professionals across many disciplines, including Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Technical Design Managers, and similar roles.
  • Target large national contractors, developers, and regional smaller contractors and developers.
  • Develop and grow your own section, with the opportunity to manage a team, supported by senior management experienced in the professional division.
  • Utilise a high‑commission structure with no fixed seat value, allowing uncapped earnings.

Qualifications:

  • Senior recruiting experience in Construction or Residential sectors, having successfully head‑hunt management staff.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, fierce motivation, and a passion for recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships with high‑level candidates.
  • Willingness to develop headhunting skills through training and strategic management techniques.
