About the Role:
As the HR Resourcing Officer, you will support our Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional and effective recruitment service. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support:
Assist with the recruitment and selection processes from post approval to induction. Advisory Role:
Provide advice on hard-to-recruit positions and best practises in recruitment and selection. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records and manage data in line with General Data Protection Regulations. Documentation Preparation:
Create and distribute essential correspondence and documentation accurately and on time. Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager to enhance business processes for a cost-effective service. Engagement:
Participate in selection processes and attend recruitment events across the county and nationally. Quality Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to recruitment procedures and employment legislation. Performance Reporting:
Produce performance management information and evaluate recruitment activities.

Essential
Experience:
- Proven experience in a recruitment-focused role.
- Proficiency in data input and retrieval.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge:
- Understanding of diversity issues and positive action.
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection practises. Additional Qualities:
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels.
- A self-motivated approach focused on achieving high performance. Requirements:
