• Identify and convert business opportunities in the Singapore market to drive growth.
• Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In, Job Street, and My Careers Future .
• Tailor proposals to meet client needs and confidently lead commercial negotiations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, recruitment consulting, or HR solutions
• Familiarity with cross-border business operations, especially within the ASEAN region or under Singapore’s Free Trade Agreements.
• Previous experience working in a multicultural or regional consulting firm is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events, as required.
