Managing Recruitment Consultant – Perm Desk - USA

Central London, hybrid

Competitive base salary + Market Leading USA Commission up to 40% - No minimum thresholds or cap!

As a Managing Recruitment Consultant at 5V Tech, a 5

Values brand you are expected of being solely responsible for an entire vertical with direct reports under you. Your role is split between individually billing and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and their performance, as well as taking responsibility for P&L.

You’ll establish yourself as a specialist within your chosen niche vertical, with a strong focus on business development across the USA and delivering an excellent candidate journey whilst consistently hitting and exceeding targets, demonstrating resilience, accountability and integrity whilst leading by example and becoming a trusted leader of the team.
