No Experience Required, £45k OTE in Year 1

• £27.5k starting salary + commission (OTE £45k+ in year one)

• Researching target markets and headhunting top talent
• Building relationships with CEOs from leading global clients and generating new business
• Managing your own client and candidate portfolio
• Running the full recruitment process from initial call to placement
• Handling contract and salary negotiations

• A graduate from a top 50 university
• Confident and personable, someone who thrives on building relationships
• Previous commercial experience is beneficial (sales especially!)
• Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and financially driven
• Competitive (a sporting background is a bonus)
