Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Permanent)
Ignite Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Ignite are one of, if not the fastest growing agencies in blue- & white-collar construction recruitment in London. We are looking for candidates that come from sales backgrounds (e.g. telesales, lettings , car sales) or construction backgrounds (e.g Labourers, hods, apprentices etc)

A 360 recruiter in construction recruitment manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing client job briefs. They build and maintain relationships with both construction companies and skilled professionals. Their role includes business development, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful placements.

Base pay is between £23-25K dependant on experience with First year OTE between £35-45K.

Our UNCAPPED commission scheme is market leading paying up to 30% !!
