About the RoleAs the successful HRIS Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve existing reports from UKG (Cognos Business Analytics) and other platforms based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
- Develop accurate HR data extracts and reports while enhancing analytical reporting capabilities.
- Design audit processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend fixes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective controls and governance frameworks.
- Support payroll transitions and associated services as part of ongoing system enhancements.
- Experience: In HR technology with strong knowledge of HR functional processes.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in UKG, Cognos Business Analytics or similar tools; experience with Greenhouse ATS or Pay Scale is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. - Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professionalism: High level of respect for confidential information and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
