Talent Acquisition Partner- 6 month FTC

Location: London

Type: Full-time, FTC, 1 to 2 days a week in the office or fully remote

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

We’re delighted to be partnering with a fast‑growing consultancy that is looking to add a proactive and personable Talent Acquisition Partner to their internal team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on recruitment, building strong relationships, and delivering a smooth, professional hiring process.

The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll support managers across the business with their end-to-end recruitment needs. This is a busy, varied position where you’ll handle everything from taking job briefs to offering candidates the role. It’s well suited to someone who likes being close to the detail and enjoys keeping processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Write and post job adverts, screen applications, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing updates to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proactively source talent through Linked In, job boards, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure systems are up to date.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
  • Support with general recruitment administration and continuous process improvements.
About You
  • Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within professional services.
  • Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple roles at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering a smooth and inclusive hiring process.
