Overview
HR Business Partner Director - Leading Asset Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover. This is a Director-level role with Miryco Consultants Ltd, working with a leading global asset manager.
Responsibilities- Guide the business through employee relations, policy and procedure matters.
- Align the organisation’s people strategy with its business goals.
- Facilitate and support partnership between cross-functional teams.
- Director-level HR experience.
- Experience in employee relations and people strategy.
- Available to work in the office 4 days a week.
- Immediate availability preferred.
